Mr. T. R. Kinariwala (Tarun) - C.P.O.
Mr. Tarun, an Indonesian Citizen, serves as the Chief Purchasing Officer (CPO) and is fundamentally responsible for developing and executing a strategic procurement vision that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. They lead efforts to optimize supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of all necessary goods and services. Furthermore, as a CPO he plays a crucial role in managing supply chain risks, promoting ethical sourcing, and implementing technology to enhance procurement processes. Ultimately, his expertise directly contributes to significant cost savings, improved product quality, and enhanced operational efficiency across the organization.

Capt Harbans Singh - H.O.D. - Main Fleet

A Singapore National, First Class Cert of Competency - Master Mariner with Dangerous cargo endorsement and has varied experience of more than three decades in various ascending positions – both on board vessels of different types and ashore. Twenty years of experience in the Ship Management industry doing Full Technical Management and Commercial Operations   LPG Tankers, Product and Crude Oil Tankers, Bulkers, Container / General Cargo / RoRo, FSO / FPSO. He has been MD, CEO, GM Operations and HSSE, and Vetting Team Leader. Successfully obtained ISO Certifications including OHSAS 18001. Has won award from Oil Major for 100 percent Vetting Success of the Managed Tankers.

Mr. Mirzha Alam Arif - Marine Engineer - HOD, Offshore Fleet

A Singapore National, who is a self-motivated Marine specialist with almost 40 years of offshore ship management experience and proven operational and budget management excellence. As a Marine Superintendent - Offshore Vessel Mr. Arif's role is to Implement Planned Maintenance System on board. Planning and monitoring budgets for repair, maintenance and docking. Carry out vessel inspections. Prepare dry-docking and afloat repair specification for suitable shipyards around the region. Maintain all offshore vessels in Class with valid documentation. Handling all insurance matters pertaining to claims and repairs. Oversee the training on board. Carry out accident/incident investigation on board. rocess documentation for the offshore whole fleet.
